My unique style of transformational coaching uses a variety of techniques that are designed to help my clients to overcome their fears, increase confidence and self-image, let go of limiting beliefs and negative patterns, and achieve greater success in both their personal and professional lives using proven strategies to build a positive mindset, create positive changes, and manifest the life that they once only dreamed about into their current reality.
My practice focuses on the Mind Body connection, understanding that there is no boundary between the two. Whatever goes on in one will affect the other, like yin and yang. As you learn to have a better understanding of the language of the brain (how you think and speak) in relation to the body (how you feel or your operating frequency) and vice versa, you can then create positive and resourceful states that are beneficial to you and will power you to accomplish whatever you set out to achieve.
When you operate at a higher frequency and vibrational state (think happy vibes) you’ll be removing any conflict (negative frequencies) that you’re currently identifying with, aligning your mind-body system with what serves you.

Hypnosis for Change Work
When we connect with our subconscious mind, and bypass the active consciousness, we access the part of the mind where primal emotions and motivations originate. Some of these primal motivations are antiquated and need to be updated so to speak, to align with our current lives. Through realigning thought patterns with positive imagery and direction, we can bring about desired change, whether its to overcome a fear or phobia, to transcend limiting beliefs, or to just get out of your own way to open up the path to the life you fully deserve.

Hypnosis for Smoking Cessation
Hypnosis is the most effective way of giving up smoking according to the largest ever scientific comparison of way of breaking the habit. Willpower, it turns out, counts for very little, concluded New Scientist, referring to a meta-analysis by Iowa University scientists. The researchers statistically combines results of 600 studies of almost 72,000 individuals who had successfully quit smoking using a variety of methods: hypnotherapy, aversion therapy, acupuncture, nicotine substitutes and willpower. Hypnotherapy proved the most effective among all. ~ New Scientist
Hypnosis has been a safe and proven method for quitting smoking for decades. The reason it works so well is hypnosis breaks the associated behaviors and thought patterns that are linked with smoking, for example, believing that smoking relieves stress. It is most often the thoughts and behaviors that are associated with cigarettes that prevent people from successfully giving them up. Putting down the cigarette is almost never enough. In order to quit successfully new thought patterns and behaviors must replace the old beliefs about smoking, in addition, clearing the habit from your system so that your body and mind are congruent with this decision to be done with smoking once and for all.
When my clients make the decision to stop smoking and step into my office, we are partners in this process.
