Transformational Coaching 

My unique style of coaching uses a variety of techniques that are designed to help my clients to overcome their fears, increase confidence and self-image, let go of limiting beliefs and negative patterns, and achieve greater success in both their personal and professional lives using proven strategies to build a positive mindset, create positive changes, and manifest the life that they desire into their current reality. 

My practice focuses on the mind-body connection, understanding that there is no boundary between the two. Whatever goes on in one will affect the other, like yin and yang. As you learn to have a better understanding of the language of the brain (how you think and speak) in relation to the body (how you feel) and vice versa, you can then create positive and resourceful states that are beneficial to you and empower you to accomplish whatever you set out to achieve. 

When you operate at a higher frequency and vibrational state (think happy vibes) you’ll be removing any conflict that you’re currently identifying with, aligning your mind-body system, so you can utilize the tools to transcend any current limitations.

Hypnosis 

When we connect with our subconscious mind, and bypass the active consciousness, we access the part of the mind where primal emotions and motivations originate. Some of these primal motivations are antiquated and need to be updated to align with our current lives. Through realigning thought patterns with positive imagery and direction, we can bring about desired change, whether its to overcome a fear or phobia, to transcend limiting beliefs, or to just get out of your own way to open up the path to the life you fully deserve.

Through various hypnotic techniques we can access our highest consciousness, inner wisdom and intuition. These techniques provide you with the resources you need for positive transformation, personal development, learning to become your own healer, finding peace within, as well as a deeper sense of peace and unity with the world around you.

Hypnosis for Smoking and Addiction

Hypnosis has been a safe and proven method for quitting smoking for decades. The reason it works so well is hypnosis breaks the associated behaviors and thought patterns that are linked with smoking, for example, believing that smoking relieves stress. It is most often the thoughts and behaviors that are associated with any addiction that prevent people from successfully giving them up. In order to quit successfully new thought patterns and behaviors must replace the old beliefs about what the addictive substance or behavior does for you. When the subconscious mind agrees to clear the habit from your system, your mind-body system becomes congruent with the decision to break the addictive pattern. 

When a client makes a decision to stop smoking or break an addiction, we become partners in the process. The choice to break an addiction can be a challenging one, especially if it has been practiced for a long time.  Making the decision to quit can feel far more difficult than the actual process of quitting. Changing how you think about something can feel impossible, but with your commitment and the use of hypnosis and other empowering techniques, together we can bring the desired change to fruition.
